Karabiga Priapos Ancient City

It is located in the Karabiga town of Biga district. It is considered that the establishment year of the city is around 670 BC. The ancient city of Priapos is named after the God of Priapos protecting vineyards, gardens and the fertility. It is mentioned in ancient sources that it is a city famous for viticulture. It is also stated that the city is the only city dedicated to Priapos, and therefore it has a significant place in the archeology world.
