Biga Halim Bey Mansion

Located in the Biga district center, the mansion has a triplex construction with a tiled roof in the ottoman style. The basement of the building is made of bricks, and the other floors are made of wooden material. There are two interconnected cisterns in order to meet the water requirement of the garden and hammam of the mansion. It was built in the early 1900s for the family of Halim Bey, who was engaged in citrus and fertilizer trade. Since 1998, it has been used as the Ethnographic Museum of Biga Municipality.
