Bozcaada Internatıonal Ecologıcal Documentary Fılm Festıval (BIFED)

The BILFED festival, which addresses many of the problems related to environment both in Turkey and in the world and generate a great impact in its field with the participant profile at international level, is held around the end of October, each year. Unchanged for years and only in Turkey ‘ecology’ with the theme of cinema, the documentary filmmakers and environmentalists are able to get the opportunity to meet each other at this environmental festival in Bozcaada. The festival, the first of which is held in 2013, has been receiving about 250 film applications from over 50 countries for every year, and awards the winning documentaries with its sculptures; the special feature of these sculptures; however, is that each of these sculptures are made by different artists each year.

Due to the active participation in the festival both from Turkey, and as well as outside the country, it is among the possibilities that you may not be able to find any empty space in the halls. Take your seat early in the halls. For every movie you missed, we guarantee you that you will feel sorry afterwards.
